TS. Lê Thị Anh tốt nghiệp Kỹ sư chuyên ngành Thông tin tại Học viện Kỹ thuật quân sự (Hệ quân sự, 2011), thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Hệ thống thông tin tại Học viện kỹ thuật quân sự (2015), và Tiến sĩ ngành Kỹ thuật thông tin Điện-Điện tử tại Đại học Ulsan, Hàn Quốc (2020). Từng làm post-doc tại Đại học quốc gia Kongju, Cheonan, Hàn Quốc (2020-2021). Từng công tác nhiều năm về lĩnh vực an toàn thông tin trong quân đội với chức vụ cao nhất là Phó trưởng phòng (2011-2023) trước khi chuyển ngành về công tác tại Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Hà Nội (2023). Hiện nay đang làm Giảng viên tại Khoa Mạng máy tính và truyền thông, trường Công nghệ Thông tin và Truyền thông, Đại học Công nghiệp Hà Nội. Lĩnh vực nghiên cứu, giảng dạy về An ninh mạng máy tính và các công nghệ mạng truyền thông không dây.
